  2. 4 (2 inch) cinnamon sticks
  3. 10 collection cloves
  4. 10 cardamom seeds
  5. 1 onion, thinly sliced
  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 2 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  8. u00bd teaspoon salt
  9. u00bd teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  10. u00bd teaspoon dome coriander
  11. u00bd teaspoon auditorium showground cumin
